We back our work with a ten-year Halo or Built-In guarantee to cover workmanship or material defects. Our New Zealand Certified Builders membership is an assurance that your build will meet the highest standards of workmanship. We guarantee to have a qualified builder supervise and sign off your project at every major step.

We only partner with trusted sub-contractors so you get the best value for money.

We will only use the materials specified unless a replacement product is required. Then recommend an equivalent or better quality replacement product for your approval.

 

Expert project management

We will undertake a disciplined approach to planning and scheduling and guarantee that your home will be constructed in accordance with your architectural plans and specifications. We guarantee to supply indicative starting and completion dates and to keep you updated as the build progresses. Once building starts, our team will be on-site consistently focused on your project without fail or pause.

 

Fixed price is the total price!

Once your contract is signed, that’s it. Any variations along the way will be costed first then approved by you. Giving you financial certainty and peace of mind. The price agreed will cover everything listed in the specifications. 

 

Clear Communication

We’ll keep you fully informed, have regular site meetings and respond to questions promptly. We’ll ensure clarity every step of the way and provide plain-English contracts and invoicing.

 

A sparkling clean home

We will gift you a sparkling clean valued at $1000 if you’re building a new home with us. All you’ll need to do is move in, unpack and enjoy!

 

Aftercare Support

We guarantee to provide you with all product warranties and guarantees after the final building consent is issued. We will provide a post-completion check on a new house build at at six months. Should any workmanship issues arise, we guarantee to fix these at our expense.
